Data Collection

We collect only what is necessary to operate your account: name, contact details, payment method (UPI, Paytm or PhonePe) and transaction history. No data is sold to third parties. Collection stops when your account is closed.

Retention Period

Account records are kept for the period required by applicable Indian financial regulations, typically up to seven years after last activity. After that window closes, personal data is deleted from our live systems automatically.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how pages are used. You can adjust cookie preferences at any time through the consent panel in your account settings — functional cookies cannot be disabled without affecting login.

Account Security

Every account is protected by two-factor authentication at login and during withdrawal requests. Our security team runs automated checks on unusual access patterns and will lock an account temporarily if a login attempt looks out of character for your usual device or location.

Access Controls

Your personal records inside 3quency are visible only to staff whose role directly requires it — payment operations, identity verification and the legal team. All internal access is logged and audited on a rolling 90-day cycle.

To update, correct or delete your personal data, submit a request via the Help Centre under the 'Legal' category or email our legal team directly. We will confirm receipt within 2 working days and complete the action within 30 days.

We collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and the payment method you link — UPI, Paytm or PhonePe. Identity documents are collected only during KYC verification and are stored in an encrypted, access-restricted environment.

Yes. Submit a data-access request through the Help Centre under the 'Legal' category or email our legal team. We will compile and send you a full data export within 30 days of receiving your verified request.

Send a deletion request via the legal email channel or the Help Centre. We process it within 30 days. Note that certain transaction records must be retained under Indian financial regulations for up to seven years and cannot be deleted before that period ends.

Active collection stops immediately on closure. Records required for regulatory compliance are retained for the legally mandated period, then deleted. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process for non-mandatory data is complete.

We will email you at least 14 days before any material change to our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy takes effect. Continuing to use your account after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You may close your account if you do not agree.

Disputes relating to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions should be raised through the Help Centre within 60 days of the transaction date. Our payments team will investigate and respond within 10 working days, with escalation to the legal team if the matter is unresolved.

Access and eligibility depend on local law and are available where local law permits. It is your responsibility to confirm that participation is lawful in your state or territory before opening an account. Our terms do not override local legislation.
